We have a wide selection of cottages in Barmouth and vicinity. From Llanaber with fabulous views of the glorious Barmouth coastline, through Barmouth itself with cottages close to the beaches and harbour, to Arthog a village on the beautiful Mawddach estuary.

Detached properties with fine views of the countryside and coastline. Cottages with swimming pools, cottages close to the beaches, and cottages close to wonderful walks.

The village of Arthog to the south east, stands on the edge of the Mawddach estuary and has several properties both close to the river and adjacent to the famous Mawddach Trail. (As seen on the BBC with Julia Bradbury).

Llanaber is a village on the northern edge of Barmouth and has properties to let with fine views of the Cardigan coastline. Secluded but not isolated the properties are just 1 mile from Barmouth’s amenities and beaches. They all overlook the owners’ field, and a steep walk across the road takes you to the promenade and a beautiful sandy beach. Close by are all the amenities of the Snowdonia National Park, Harlech with its castle and golf course, Portmeirion, and steam trains run from Porthmadog.

Barmouth itself offers self catering holiday accommodation with cottages close to the harbour, pubs and the many restaurants. Barmouth has some of Wales finest beaches, and whether its for the sand dunes close to the estuary or the wide stretches heading north of the resort who wouldn’t want to stay in such a nice location?

The majority of properties within the centre of the town are built of stone and many have been renovated to retain their traditional Welsh character yet with modern amenities. The properties range from detached cottages on the hillside to stone terrace houses in the town centre, with a wide range of facilities from which to choose.
